Why All the Super Heros?
Submitted by knoxout on Thu, 2007-05-03 17:55. Colaborative AnswersWhat is the reason super heroes are so popular? The population appears to love seeing movies that involve heroes saving lives and the world (X-Men, Spiderman, Superman, etc). So why is it that the media seems to only deliver stories of terror? Everyday there are people fighting for the rights of others, saving lives, or even doing whatever they can to improve the comfort of living for those struggling. Why are these 'heroes' not put on center stage? When the public sees these 'heroes' would it be possible that it would become contagious, eventually causing more to arise?
How's it Going?
Submitted by knoxout on Fri, 2007-02-09 11:41. Colaborative AnswersEvery day I hear "how's it going?" or "how are you today?" The question up front is, do they really want to know? Is it an on going question that is looking to be lied about? The typical answer is "good," "okay," "great," but is it just a common response created by social tradition? or maybe just a way to avoid the question. Next up, does it make a difference in someone's day? If they ask you the question in question, and your answer is of a positive notion, will their mood possibly be improved? Majority seem to feel uplifted by the presence of positive thinkers. Simultaneously brought down if they appear to be fraudulent.
